November 24th, 2009 Why Do Shows Like Americas Funniest Videos Often Choose The Least Funniest Videos To Win The Contest?
In some cases, the winning video isn’t funny at all. I think the show might as well be retitled “Americas cutest videos”, considering a lot of them aren’t funny, but I do have to admit they’re cute.

personally i think that most of the videos on those shows arent even very funny except for the occasional one or two.

I agree with you and I suspect that’s because they are fake video produced for that purpose. That allows the producers to declare a winner without actually giving away any prize.
